While trusted for its heritage of stability, it was ready to step boldly into the future as a digital innovation leader. We needed to showcase this transformation without losing sight of the legacy that had built its reputation for over a century. More than technology, the strategy had to be about people: the innovators and leaders driving change from within. Working closely with First American’s executives, I brought forward a new brand vision fusing digital transformation with human ingenuity.
